Tracking command history of multiple ksh sessions

I am using multiple ksh sessions on a linux machine. On one terminal, when I make a story, I see only the history of the commands entered on this terminal. When I exit all sessions, I want to make sure that the history of commands entered on the entire terminal is added to a single file, say .bash_history. Is it possible?

Even when I am not logged out, are all these commands dynamically attached to this history file?

I am afraid of losing my teams, for example, when someone helps me do something, I want to be able to refer to this team later.

How to set .bash_history file size

Thank,
