Downloading to iTunesConnect with failed Organizer

I am trying to re-download a previously downloaded application (it didn’t initially work), but the Confirm and Submit buttons in Organizer crashed to the organizer before completing. This has been happening for about three days now, and I have not heard a word from the iTunesConnect help desk. I am running the latest Xcode 3.2.5 with iOS 4.2.1, and have also downloaded and installed the latest application tools according to the instructions. Everything is set up normally.

I get:

Check which version of Xcode you are using. I had a similar problem when I started the developer preview - you cannot send the application from the DP version of Xcode, and mine was crashing at the same point as yours.

Hope this helps.
