Cocoa / OSX Labeling User Interface

I am looking to implement a tag interface in OSX that allows users to enter text "tags" to attach to an object. Ideally, I would like to implement a fashionable interface, as in the screenshot below:

This user interface allows the user to enter tags and then groups them into a round shape when you press enter. You can delete them by dragging them to highlight (shown in blue) and click "Delete." I think this is a convenient interface for quickly recording a bunch of tags without having to click the form buttons again.

I saw this interface in Mail.app and several other places in OSX, so it makes me wonder if there is any cocoa class for this. Does anyone know one thing? If not, I assume that I am looking at a custom opengl view.
