IPhone - failure detection, prompting the user to send an alarm log

Question

Are there libraries that allow end users to send crash reports to developers?

For example, a user uses my application. He is falling. When loading, the library loads to the rest and notifies of a report failure and prompts the user to send a failure log to me.

Is it possible? I think the Facebook application is doing something like this.
