How to switch to full screen mode in Xcode?

Is there a way to go full screen in Xcode? similar to VS.net? and if so, how?

FWIW, the modern answer to this old question consists of two parts:

1) Use View-> Fullscreen for full screen viewing

and ... therefore you will not get one full-screen window per file (which would be funny) ...

2a) Use Shift-Option-click to open new files in the same window

2b) Use “Navigation Settings” to indicate that files always open in a new tab

Xcode 4.1 includes built-in full-screen mode.

This works very well if you are not using multiple monitors.

SIMBL Megazoomer . , Cocoa, .

A small problem, although it does not work with Xcode out of the box. Building the old version for 32Bit with GC enabled works when starting Xcode 3.2.4 in 32-bit mode. But, unfortunately, Ian did not release sources for the 64-bit version. Therefore, if you really want it, ask him about the sources and create a version that works in 64Bit Xcode.

it seems that there is no decent

Edit: This was for Xcode 3 and earlier, Xcode 4 and later appeared in one window. See Other Answers
