Android mouse simulator

Question

I have an android that works on my board. How can I simulate a mouse pointer?

I will have an application that sends (x, y) coordinates to a working deamon. It should be able to simulate touching at the appropriate point on the touch screen.

Can anyone suggest ideas and feasibility for this?

You can emulate such events using the monkey tool

it supports launching in receive mode in daemon mode, viewing details and samples in the Android repository
