I have a Magento site working with 20,000 plus products. Sometimes it does not show products in the interface. It says, “There are no products matching the choice,” but the products are still on the website.
I know that I need to start the reindexing process, and whenever I complete the reindexing process, all products are in the interface.
So now my question is: why does this happen again and again? This is the fourth time I have encountered this problem. I want to know the real causes of this problem. I am very afraid.
