Eclipse Error "Allow Failure" When You Try to Run the Application

I am trying to start creating some Android applications, but I continue to encounter this Eclipse error:

NAND: could not read the file ... android-sdk_r07-window \ android-sdk-window / platform \ android-7 \ image / system.img, permission denied.

Do you think I should remove the package and reinstall? I am wondering if it could be a damaged file, although it says “permission denied”, which makes me think wrong. I just installed the plugin for Eclipse and created my emulator, but I can not start due to this error.

I searched this googled and did not find a suitable answer. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

It looks like locking files in windows. I will download the unlock for windows and check processes that have a lock in the folder you specify. What happens when the emulator starts on the command line?

The file seems to be locked or cannot be read otherwise.

First, you can try running Eclipse as an administrator (especially if you are using Windows 7 with stricter file access than XP).
