Keep Colorbox always in the center of the scroll

Question

When using a thick box, if the user scrolls vertically, the thick box will always be in the center. However, with colorbox, if they scroll, they lose the colorbox site and just see the gray color. How can I update the colorbox to have the same functionality where it maintains the position on the screen, regardless of the user's scroll.

resize your window to have a vertical scroll bar and scroll, and you can see the difference.
