Bug-tracker and wiki for project specification

QUICK QUESTION

If you want to skip the details below, here is a short question:

I want to know if you maintain your application specifications in the same way in the bugtracker + wiki and how you share information for good management. I am looking for a simple solution or just a point to start.

DETAILS

I need to track the features for the web application that I want to create. So, I used MediaWiki to compile a list of functions.

For each function, I have a wiki page where I include functional specifications, technical specifications, and various related brain attacks in FreeMind format or in plain text. In addition, I include a number of open-ended questions related to it, like TODO and many images for various use cases. I found that the wiki is a great place to save all of this.

I have a wiki page where all functions are translated manually, so I can see them all on one page in a specific format. I also have a wiki page where I indicate what purpose is for v1.0, and a list of manually excluded functions for this version.

In the error debugger (I use ClockingIT), I want to track tasks, errors, etc., to create version 1.0 of the product.
