Loading data into a global temporary table

I have two different Oracle sessions ("Session A" and "Session B") for the same Oracle user.

The global temporary table is populated in "Session A" with approximately 320,000 entries.

How to quickly insert the same 320,000 records into the β€œSession B” global temporary table?

Thank you in advance for your kind suggestions!

EDIT: I forgot to indicate that I am allowed to create ONLY GLOBAL TIME TABLES.

EDIT: I forgot to indicate that I am not allowed to create database links
