How to detect in selenium, is loading a javascript file loaded via ajax?

Question

My main page loads another page through ajax. I have a javascript file. How to find out if the ajax page has completed loading in selenium? I can check the loading of the item. But there are links that are not clickable until this javascript file on the inner page is fully loaded. How can I make sure that these links are not available?

Because otherwise the click event is not executed. Although the item is present, it is not clickable. Its anchor is like Link
