As the topic goes: What does symmetry mean when displaying real vs imaginary FFT components? Does clustering mean periodicity in data?
I ask this because I did a project predicting the calculation of sunspots with a neural network and had to find the frequency of the data (and used the FFT that worked).
Someone recommended that I look at the graphic representation of the real and imaginary components, but I don’t understand what I’m looking at.
