New version instead of internationalization?

My client asked me to translate my application into English.

They want to use the English version of the current application. They want to release it at a different price level internationally.

Will the apple approve a separate version, or do I need to internationalize the current application?

In order for it to be at a different price level, iTunesConnect will require a separate application download. This does not mean that it cannot be one application, but with different resources, icon, name, etc.
