White marking ASP.NET webapp

I have an ASP.NET webapp that business customers in India want to buy and run on their premises (for industrial use). What is my best approach for this, but not losing control of my IP? Some problems I experienced:

  • Should ASP.NET4 code still get confused to protect against reverse engineering and how to do it?
  • Do I need to create a separate assembly specific for each client, which is somehow limited (for example, tied to attributes of a physical field, such as a CPU)?
  • Is it possible for me to be the only administrator on the box, but provide remote access to folders that contain my CSS and HTML. In this way, I can maintain control over the code, but provide limited access to user preferences in order to customize the webapp to their appearance. (Will large companies even accept this idea?)

Of course, another question: I better not sell the white webapp shortcut at all ...
