Error loading the main SSIS package: package validation failed using the "Run the package" task

Question

I have a main package and 2 child packages (download and export). I have both child packages on the server in a shared folder. when I execute the Main Package, it gives me the following error for one of the Child packages.

Error: Error 0xC0012050 while loading the package file "\ mhfile02 \ DIRFILEDEV \ CHG77253 \ SSIS Packages \ AaeAutoenrollee_Load.dtsx". Failed to validate packages from ExecutePackage task. Package may not work.,

Can someone tell me what could be wrong?
