Scalability

Question

I recently switched to a structure called the Yii Framework. It’s really good to work on the framework, it solves a lot of worldly work. I believe that the framework will provide me with a platform for creating a great site, but the senior developer will ask me these questions. If you answered these questions about your project, how would you do it? as well as how you solve scalability problems once and for all.
How many concurrent users can the site handle?
Is the site scalable?
What is the performance level of the website?
