What is the best way to develop an unmanaged C ++ DLL for Win32 and WinCE?

I am interested in opinions on how best to configure the VS2008 project so that the DLL will compile both the smart device DLL and the C ++ Win32 DLL. Is there an alternative to two projects and source files?

Yes, you can do this using multiple platforms. However, to be eligible, you cannot get the settings initialized from the project template. It is best to start the project with the SmartDevice project template, as it has the most customizable settings. Then Build + Configuration Manager, Active solution platform = New and select Type = Win32, Copy = None.

The last bit is a bad bit, you have to change Win32 settings yourself. It is best to open the Win32.vcproj sample in a text editor and check with its redefinition. This way you can reproduce them in your project. Copy and paste the btw works, which is the fastest and safest way.
