Problem launching jQuery for mobile applications

Is there a way to get a web application launched from the home screen icon on iphone to return to the top of the div every time I start - my problem is that when I close the web application and then open it again using the home screen icon it goes back to the last "page" that I opened during the download, then returns to the first "page" after the download is complete. Thanks for any help
