A tool that lists all obsolete classes / methods that are not used anywhere else?

Question

I need to clear some old code. Removing unused code is an important step.

Is there a tool that finds all the legacy code, removes all the elements that are still in use somewhere, and gives me a list of unused legacy code?

For bonus points: is there a tool that can find an unused code, not an outdated code?

I know that this is never perfect, but I know for what cases I need special processing (as in DB drivers or classes referenced via DI).
