IPhone sdk call pickup

We are developing an application. The application’s function is “when we received the call automatically, we have to answer via text / voice message. So, can you tell us if this is possible in iPhone.If means that we need to build the application.

It is not possible to access the phone this way using the current SDK. I think this can be done on a jailbroken iPhone or on an Android platform.
