Does the process use a different thread?

I want to know when Process.Start()a new thread starts when used ? If a new thread is running, this thread, can we control it as a foreground or background?

No new thread is created. A new process (although technically speaking, all processes have at least one thread).

No additional thread is created in the current process - at least not a single managed thread that is visible to you.
