Send SMS using C #

Is there any way to send SMS using .net applications without using third-party services. Like SMS gateways, etc. Simple that won't cost us?

If you want to avoid expenses, you can send C # an email to the email address of a particular operator. For example, Sprint - 5555555555@messaging.sprintpcs.com. Just configure IIS as an SMTP server (or use gmail). The limitation on this is that you must know which medium has any given number.
