How can I make MinGW case sensitive for included header file names

I want MinGW to confirm that the file names specified in the #include directives are correct. MinGW is not case sensitive by default, probably because windows are not case sensitive when it comes to file names, but I work in a cross-platform environment and want to make sure gcc doesn't complain about Linux when someone points to include file with the wrong case.

I thought there might be a compiler to force this, but could not find it. Any alternative suggestions would also be welcome.
