How to get the latest posts / posts using the Facebook Charts API

The Graph API allows you to get "top news" for a given user through a connection type "/home". But how do you get the "last"?

/ home is the latest of his views. I just tested / me / home, and it was the same as my "most recent" front panel feed. However, you never know with Facebook. Data is never reliable.
