Javascript emulator

Does anyone know a small, fast, javascript emulator with support for the DOM layer? in C / C ++?

Problem: I need rudimentary javascript support in a crawler application, and I wonder if there are any other options besides:

a) WebKit integration (headless) (greatly slows down scanning). b) Integration of SpiderMonkey and recording the DOM layer (not expecting this option, I'm not sure, even if it's worth it, speed is wise).

Any other options?
