This question is a bit around, but I will get to this in a minute. When someone changes the build quality in TFS (we are in 2005), what exactly happens? Does this affect changes or work items, notifications?
Now the reason I'm asking is: I want to be able to create a list of change sets between assemblies. Thus, choosing the assembly on January 1 and comparing it with the assembly on March 29, I want all the changes to be between these assemblies. There may be another way to do this, but I think the assembly is the starting point.
