Maven Site Deployment Fails with SCP Connection Failure - Windows

Question

I am using the maven release plugin on hudson. I am trying to release a project. Everything works until the release process tries to deploy the site. When he tries to do this, maven fails with a communication error with the error.

Here is the log:

I have a server and credentials in the settings.xml file. I also indicated the site in the pom.xml distribution control section.

Any help on this would be appreciated.
