How to prevent the display of ALT text when you hover over the image?

I know that the ALT text should enlarge the image ... be useful for the visually impaired, etc., but I think about Google charts and want to use it as a warning ...

If the image is not visible, for some reason my ALT text “Unable to create a chart. Check the Internet connection or report program error” (since the Google Chart is rather delicate and it’s easy to give a description of the chart that it doesn’t understand, in which case Images)

However, even if the image can be seen, some / many browsers display ALT text when the cursor hovers over the image, which confuses the user.

So, since I don’t really like CSS gurus, how can I prevent ALT text from appearing when I hover over a Google chart image?

hovering over the image usually displays the attribute value title. Maybe try explication, giving it an empty value.

<img src="myimg.jpg" alt="My Image" title="" />
