Rich text editors designed for html email?

What rich text editors are for html output for email.
This will include inline styles, fonts and align tags, etc. And other measures to try to enforce a wide range of email clients, such as gmail, Outlook, eudora

None of the many available seem to advertise this as a supported feature, but it is an obvious use for a text editor.

You can configure TinyMCE to use inline styles:

tinyMCE.init({
    ...
    inline_styles : true
});

CKEditor can also create inline styles.
