How to represent instance instances in UML?

I have a class diagram for my application, which consists of several compositions and aggregations.

Now I want to have a diagram based on a class diagram that shows instances of classes. Snapshot if you want. I need this because it will help to discuss some functional requirements.

Class Chart :

Is there a chart type for this? (I'm currently misusing the class diagram, where all my instances are separate classes)
