UNIX Scripts that check every minute, who logs in and logs out?

can someone tell me how I can check every minute and report who is logging in and who is logging out?

Using who -sgives you login time for users who are currently logged in. The link above uses a 5 minute threshold to filter the list, but you can change it to 1 minute.
