Why there is no debugging for the project

I am looking at a sample project for ColorPicker CustomControl . I am trying to debug it to see how the code works. I get

I think this is due to

No configuration configuration for debugging?

Go to Configuration Manager (in the drop-down list on the toolbar) and add the Debug configuration to the project (not the solution).
