Open Source CMS Recommendation (Windows, .NET)

I am looking for an open, Windows-based, .NET, CMS. I have a few simple requirements:

  • Must run or build on the .NET 4 platform
  • Users should be able to automatically authenticate using IIS / integrated windows authentication.
  • Must be able to use custom pre-created (existing) user controls presented as widgets / web parts / etc. with minimal recoding.

I looked through several open source CMS projects, until I got lucky. If anyone knows about a CMS that fits the bill, I would really appreciate your ideas. Thank you in advance for your help, we are very grateful.

Here is the .NET CMS, which is under active development. http://www.dotnetnuke.com/

However, you may need to rethink your requirements. They are not as simple as you might expect.
