Pretty javascript multiselect widget suitable for Spring Roo / Web MVC project?

I am looking for Javascript multitasking to use in my Spring Roo / Web MVC project, and am worried that I can spend some time adding a widget from the library, which then breaks up other things. Requirements:

  • More convenient and more functional than the standard Dojo multiselect, which Roo uses when the ManyToMany scaffolds are interconnected, that is, the user does not need to hold ctrl or shift to select more than one element.
  • It plays well with javascript, which is already in use in the Roo forests, so I assume that the first prize is something built on top of Dojo, although I am not completely against adding other libraries.
  • Relatively autonomous ... the smaller my own javascript, the better.

I know that there are different styles of a multi-select widget, for example, an “accessible” list and a “selected” list, one list with select / deselect checkboxes with combobox autofill ... I'm open to anyone - it just has to be better than that what I get for free with Roo.

I know this is a bit late in the game, since you may have finished your project, but for the future I had problems with multiSelect widgets, since the ones I tested changed the DOM, so

<select multiple="multiple">
    <option>...</option>
    ....
</select>
,
<div id="...">
    <input>...
</div>

, -: , , .

dropdown-check-list, dropdown-check-list

, , . Spring.
