Create a NACHA file using PHP?

Question

I am trying to create a NACHA bank file (national automatic clearing house) with my payment details of my clients for regular submission to my bank. Our site is built on PHP, and although we probably could have created the file ourselves, I was curious if anyone knew about existing scripts or even reference manuals for others who did this using PHP.

I searched around Google pretty badly unsuccessfully, so any help is appreciated.

Most businesses that need to create these files are .net homes. You may be lucky to find something in C # and remodel it.
