Optional market forecasting software platform, Hubdub.com clone, etc.

I used to be a frequent player on hubdub.com, where you could β€œpredict” (or bet) on news. Hubdub unfortunately closed in April, but I was looking at something on a much smaller scale for another domain.

My question is: are there any cloning tools for forecasting software that you can easily configure, configure for many users, many themes and scales? Like pligg for digg.com, I'm after market forecasting software.

I looked at Zocalo, but it's too academic. Bookmaker has too many errors, and they have not been developed for many years, and the Forecast Market and the Betting System are still in their infancy and do not have working sites based on their software as an example.

Any suggestions are welcome if I need to code all this, but I would not want to reinvent the wheel ...

There is a module for drupal , but the development seems to have stalled. In any case, from what I looked at, there are no viable off-the-shelf open source forecasting products.
