What testing platform do you offer for .net?

Question

I am a vb.net programmer. I would like to start writing a device and user interface test for my web application. I would like to know what framework do you offer for writing these tests?

My requirement is that I should be able to use this software with Team Foundation Build Server and would be ideal if the infrastructure provider is Microsoft.

Please advise me something and write a few words why the technologies you have chosen are the best in your opinion.
