Step in .net framework System.Web, 4.0

Can anyone successfully upload characters for System.Web version 4.0 in Visual Studio 2010? I saw a lot of tutorials on this subject, but I can not find the characters that will work. Symbols from Microsoft Symbol Servers do not work and are deleted (very small size). The characters I get from http://referencesource.microsoft.com/netframework.aspx seem correct, but don't seem to match.

Make sure that your machine is installed full version of .Net Framework , and not just a client profile.

Application developers who require features that are not included in the client profile should focus on the full .NET Framework 4 instead of the client profile .
