SSRS simultaneous letter formats A4 / US; strategies, workarounds?

We have a project that will include reports created in A4 and Letter formats .

Obviously, this can be done dynamically, but it will format a long time.

What are your workarounds / strategies to deal with this?

(and no, I do not want to create 2 versions of each report if I can help)
