How to change color theme in [] and () in Emacs?

I want to have a very clear color in [] and (), but not the same.

It depends on what is used faces, which, in turn, is determined by what modes majorand minorused in your buffer. If there are two different faces that match [] and (), then all you have to do is set up these faces. If there are no two persons, then you will need to determine one or both options that you want. The corresponding function is called defface.
