Launch WinPhone7 emulator on Windows7 under VirtualBox

My main OS is Windows XP. I am installing VirtualBox and now have Windows 7 under VirtualBox. I install the WinPhone7 emulator and run it. But all I see is an emulator window with the text "Windows Emulator does a full OS boot ...". I have been waiting a very long time. I tried to restart my computer, reinstall Windows7 and many others. The result of my attempts is zero. Is it possible to run WinPhone7 emulator under Virtual Box? What can I do to work with the WinPhone7 emulator without the main OS?
