Shortcode Example for Uploading Images from iPhone to ImageShack Account

Question

I am trying to upload a jpg image from my iPhone to my ImageShack.com account.

Everyone says to use MASSIVE THOUSAND lines of code in third-party ASI code.

Is there a simple example, just a download code? (I'll take either synchronization or asynchronous)

Is it not possible to do this with less than 25 lines of code?
