DirectShow interpolation issue (pixelization) using windowless VMR9

For the .net project, I use DirectShow (via DirectShow.net) with VMR9 in windowless mode to display video.

In Windows 7, I noticed a pixelation problem when resizing a video (increased). I cannot find how to tell VMR9 to use a specific interpolation algorithm (i.e. Bicubic).

It looks like it doesn't use it by default.

I would like to avoid using my own distribution assistant for this task.

Thank you for your help.
