Magento & Google Checkout & Track Conversions

I have an online Magento store. I have Google Checkout as a payment method. The problem is that if someone pays for it, they don’t always return to the site, so it disables my Google Analytics conversion rates. Is there a way to pass this information to analytics when people do not return to the site after the transaction?

Magento has built-in support for submitting Google Checkout process data to Google Analytics. This functionality is implemented in accordance with http://code.google.com/intl/en/apis/checkout/developer/checkout_analytics_integration.html

You should see all the data (e.g. pages visited) and conversions from the GC as usual. Customer is not required to return to your store.

Step 1: no GC to GA conversions

Allow up to 24 hours delay before conversion data appears in GA.

Step 2: after 24 hours you still don’t see the conversion of GC to GA

Make sure you turn on Google Analytics in Magento and configure it correctly, because the GC module in Magento sends data to GA only if it is activated and working properly.
