I know there is a limit to the number of stylesheets a webpage can have, but what about javascript attachments?

IE has a limit of 31 stylesheets (there are ways around this), but is there a limit on the number of javascript files that I can include? if I go above this, what will happen?

I have a page with 40+ js files included.
