What would be faster when recovering data from mysql database?

What will be faster in getting data from mysql database? Is the data divided into two columns or the same data from one column?

Just to give an idea, I have a table for the question and five answers that she will receive. These answers are quite large for approximately 1,500 words. When it comes to data search speed, should I use a column for each answer, or should I just make one column with 5 answers separated by a separator, then use a script to separate them?
