UNIX_TIMESTAMP () and time () are the same

Does MySQL UNIX_TIMESTAMP () indicate the same UNIX timestamp as the PHP time () function. Even if the servers are in two different places?

I study time and date for hours, and I am embarrassed by hell.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, they are the same.

UNIX timestamps are the number of seconds since midnight January 1, 1970 in UTC. The same time in history, no matter where you are, no matter what time zone you are in. The elapsed time since then is the same for every system with an exact clock.
