WPF Keybinding ALT + 0 not working

Does anyone know why key binding to ALT+ 0thru ALT+ 9does not work in WPF? I even tried this in the WPCOpplicationFramework Shortcut Key example, and nothing happens if you change the modifier to ALTKey plus NumPad0. It works with Control and NumPad0, though.

You can snap altto any of the number keys, not the keyboard in windows. The reason you cannot do this is because the alt+ combination is numpad#reserved for entering most (unicode) characters by AFAIK decimal code. for example, alt+ 0215enters the character "×". I don’t think it could be overridden, so you have to come up with a different key combination.
