Task: We have a Wikipedia page, and you need to get the same page address in Russian.
I know the Semantic Web solution - use a simple query on DbPedia, but I'm curious if there are traditional solutions. I asked the same question at semanticoverflow.com , where Toby Inkster suggested parsing http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colugo?action=raw (there are links to other languages below), but this method is too inefficient. Are there other ways, or is DbPedia the only real option?
